Great news for Manitouwadge. Northern Broadband Wireless Ltd (NBW) has signed a broadband agreement with Telacor, a re-seller of Bell Canada broadband connectivity. Telacor has committed to providing connectivity by Oct 31, 2019. This agreement brings Broadband Wireline service direct to Manitouwadge via the Fibre that we worked so hard on to bring into town.
Bringing broadband fibre speeds into Manitouwadge releases numerous benefits to the Town. Key beneficiaries include the schools, the hospital and several other local companies. We look forward to transforming current telecom infrastructure in Manitouwadge into the 21 st century with hi-speed that will attract the businesses of the future.
NBW plans on completing the wireless infrastructure in advance of the fibre connection, to ensure immediate delivery to residents and businesses within your community.
